These terms and conditions apply to the TalkNotes app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices, created by TalkNotes Inc. (hereby referred to as "Service Provider"). The Application is available with weekly and annual subscription plans, including a 3-day free trial.
By downloading or using the Application, you agree to these terms. Unauthorized copying, modification, or distribution of the Application or its content is prohibited. All intellectual property rights remain with the Service Provider.
The Application offers two subscription plans:
Free Trial: New users receive a 3-day free trial to experience all premium features. The trial automatically converts to your chosen subscription unless canceled before the trial period ends.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled. Manage subscriptions through your app store settings.
Refunds are subject to the policies of the respective app marketplace (Apple App Store). The Service Provider does not handle refunds directly.
You can delete your account at any time, which will permanently remove all your data. Note that deleting your account does not cancel your subscription; this must be done through the app store settings.
The Service Provider reserves the right to modify the Application or change subscription terms at any time. Any changes to subscription costs will be communicated before they take effect.
The Service Provider is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. The Application requires an internet connection, and the Service Provider is not liable for any charges incurred from your mobile network provider.
The Service Provider may update the Application periodically. You agree to accept updates when offered. The Service Provider may terminate the Application at any time without notice.
The Service Provider may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. You are advised to review this page regularly for any changes.
